As stakes and prizes continued to grow beyond just tokens upto a £10 Jackpot level, Electrocoin were asked to build a new cabinet tat would differentiate from the standard wooden cabinets and recreate some of the “Las Vegas” experience with a metal cabinet and the new style “dome top”. So was born the Casino Bar X with a multi variable stake and prize level to suit any location. As can be seen from the flyer, the maximum stake was 25p with a maximum jackpot of £10. This meant that the machine was starting to move away from “softer” gaming in pubs and clubs into the casinos and arcades of the 1990’s.
